Privacy policy & text message terms

Our church ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you fill out a visitor card, sign up for something, check in your kids or use our church app, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, family members' first names and ages, what you'd like to know more about, and sign-up answers.
- Kids check-in: your child's first name, age or class, and any allergy or care notes you give us.
- Prayer requests are sent privately to our prayer team and are not saved in our system.
How we use it
- To welcome you, follow up after your visit, and answer your questions.
- To send the church texts and emails you asked for (reminders, events, updates, schedules).
- To keep kids safe at check-in and pickup.
We never sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers that run our systems for us (for example our hosting, texting and email providers), and only so they can deliver those services.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Our church texts. Welcome messages, service and event reminders, volunteer schedule reminders, and replies when you text us.
- How you sign up: by checking the unchecked "Text me" box on our visitor card or a sign-up form, in our church app, or by texting us first. Signing up is never required to attend or give.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We only email you if you ask us to. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
Keeping your information safe
Your information is stored on secure, encrypted servers in the United States. Only church staff and volunteers who need it can see it. Giving records are limited to pastors and administrators.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. Just contact us.
